Owens – President/CEO
John's background
includes 24 years of military experience in two services, extensive involvement
in aviation, C4I, Joint, NATO, and Coalition operations, and a deep knowledge of
the information technology realm.

Larry Slade – Sr. VP/COO Larry comes to Prevailance with 22 years
of active service in the Navy where he garnered extensive experience in
aviation, C4I/Command & Control, US & multinational maritime communications,
and COOP planning and concept development. His last active duty tour was
as the J6, for Commander, Second Fleet.

Scott Alwine – VP/CFO
Scott’s background includes 16 years of active duty military experience and 4
years of commercial sector program management in large and small defense
contracting firms. He is presently in command of a Navy Reserve unit based in
Norfolk, VA. Scott has extensive experience in tactical aviation and
anti-terrorism/force protection.
