COMPANY NEWS Prevailance Welcomes New Hires:   Howard Thomas recently joined the Prevailance team after 28 years with the Marine Corps. His most recent assignment prior to returning to the civilian workforce was as the Joint Matters Branch Head at HQMC C4 in Arlington, VA. Originally an infantry officer, Howard later transitioned to the communication field, and has served as an Infantry Platoon Commander, Company Executive Officer, and various command and staff billets to include Series Officer, Assistant S3 Officer, Division G6 Operations Officer, Deputy J3 Plans Officer and other staff assignments. As the Joint Matters Branch Head at HQMC C4, he was responsible for supervising the Joint Matters, Science & Technology and Spectrum Management Teams as well as being the USMC lead for the Coalition Warrior Interoperability Demonstration (CWID). Howard joins us to work with the C2 Functional Capabilities Board (C2 FCB) at the US JFCOM WLO at the Pentagon. Welcome Howard! John McFadden recently joined the Prevailance team after five years of DoD-related contracting in project portfolio management, acquisition, and information technology. He has fourteen years of experience and currently serves in the Navy Reserve, specializing in Joint Operations, Naval Command and Control of Air Operations, and Knowledge Management. A former F-14 Tomcat Radar Intercept Officer, John recently returned from an eight-month deployment to Ramadi, Anbar Province, Iraq where he served as the Operations Battle Manager and Knowledge Management Officer for U.S. Joint Forces Command’s Task Force Ramadi. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a finance concentration and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM), and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.  Welcome John!
