Mike Schroeder, a retired twenty-year Navy Commander with extensive planning and execution experience from the tactical to the operational levels. After having served as a Fighter Radar Intercept Officer for fourteen years, Mike became a Joint Staff Officer serving two joint tours. The first as a multi-Service doctrine writer for the Air, Land, Sea Application (ALSA) Center authoring publications such as Air Defense of the United States, Convoy Operations, and Peace Operations, and his second with the US Joint Forces Command Joint Experimentation Directorate synchronizing all DoD Joint Experimentation. Between joint tours, Mike served as the lead planner for Carrier Strike Group 2 conducting and coordinating all deliberate and crisis action planning for the Strike Group.
