Seeking a candidate with information assurance (IA) and recent military operational experience (submarine and operational test and evaluation background a plus), who can translate operational IA policy and requirements into test plans for new systems delivered to the Navy. Familiarity with Defense Acquisition, Department of the Navy test and evaluation, and the Navy Certification and Accreditation process desired.

The ideal candidate will be a team player, able to perform as a team member or team lead of IA test and evaluation of new program of record (POR) systems and platforms. Based upon analysis, the candidate will generate evaluations reports for Commander Operational Test and Evaluation Force. An ideal candidate will be able to use the Navy Test and Evaluation Framework to develop test plans. A successful candidate will also be able to identify gaps, overlaps, shortfalls and deficiencies in IA capabilities and recommend specific solution(s) to bridge those gaps and/or reduce the identified risk.
