Description:

-Provide joint operational planning process (JOPP) and information operaions (IO) subject matter expertise to CCDR, service component and other stakeholders, in support of fleet operations. Review joint and service doctrine pertaining to non-kinetic disciplines and identify opportunities to leverage parallel efforts, eliminate gaps and overlaps.

 -Lead regional and theater planning teams consisting of uniformed personnel and government civilians and contractors. Integrate doctrinal planning processes related to theater campaign plans, component supporting plans,  theater security cooperation plans, and other commanders goals.

 -Perform coordination with related Joint, Service, and other interagency entities to align and synchronize related theater activities to achieve unity of effort.       Prepare flag level briefings to include estimates, proposals, and plans theater events.

Education:

Bachelors Required

Masters Preferred

Experience:

10 years military experience.  Navy Information Operations experience preferred.

Skills:

Familiar with the Joint Operational Planning Process, Joint Pub  3-13 Information Operations, and the Navy Planning Process, NWP 5-01

Clearance Level: TS/SCI
