Current Efforts
Information Assurance - We are currently engaged in a number of areas of IA including providing IA expertise at the system level in operational test, the developmental level of large procurement systems such as VIRGINIA Class submarine, and at the exercise and operational level of Joint and Multinational operations.
Command and Control - Prevailance has significant experience in providing command and control expertise to a variety of Joint and Service efforts. We are currently engaged on the Navy's Maritime Operations Center Project Team (MOC PT) and at Joint Forces Command in the C2 Capabilities Portfolio Management (C2 CPM) areas.
C4I - A critical underpinning to our C2 core expertise is a strong capability in the system-level C4I arena. Specifically, Prevailance has proven past performance and expertise in maritime C4I systems and architectures, and is currently engaged in a number of efforts involving operational level-of-war C4I concepts and various Joint and Multinational initiatives.
Operational Test - Prevailance has a growing presence in the arena of operational test - focusing primarily on Navy systems but also supporting the Director, Operational Test & Evaluation (DOT&E) directly. Future areas of growth include other Service OT&E and support to Joint T&E efforts.
Experimentation - Service, Joint, and Multinational experimentation is another area of core expertise for Prevailance. We have significant past performance in planning, executing and analyzing multi-faceted experiments designed to find gaps and seams between C2 structures, strengths and weaknesses of C4I systems and architectures, and areas for improved process.
Multinational Integration - From systems to process, Prevailance is experienced in integrating Allied, Coalition, and Multinational command structures and operational units to achieve the best effect. Cross domain solutions, multi-level classification systems, and innovative Battle Rhythm improvements all contribute to ensuring a highly integrated and effective force is brought to bear when and where required.
Survival, Evasion, Resistance & Escape (SERE) - Prevailance brings the unique expertise of two former Prisoners of War to multi-Service and international SERE and Conduct after Capture training programs. Our current efforts are focusing on curriculum development, DOTMLPF analysis and reporting, and subject matter expert support.
Antiterrorism & Force Protection (ATFP) - Our current efforts in the ATFP arena include authoring a variety of concept of operations documents (CONOPS), conducting installation evaluations and assessments, and providing subject matter expertise to both defensive system procurement and crisis action processes. Work in this area continues and routinely blends with additional efforts in crisis mitigation, response, and recovery on the state, city, and commercial levels.
Information Operations (IO) - Prevailance has strong core capability across the Joint pillars of IO, currently focusing on psychological operations and operational security. We provide IO planning services and products that are integrated across the Services, COCOMs and other Government departments. Our initiatives in this area are focused on supporting the US government as we re-define our national role on the world stage.
