Benefits

Prevailance offers a robust package of benefits for our Employees and their families. These coverages are competitive with the best in industry - we are happy to offer them as part of our mission to recruit and retain the finest professionals in their field.  The following is a brief description of each - please read the more detailed plan descriptions either on the respective websites or available hard copy from our HR Department.

Medical Insurance.  Our employee medical coverage is provided by Optima Health, and includes a Health Savings Account that gives our employees more flexibility and control of their own care.  Prevailance pays 75% of premiums for this benefit.

Dental Insurance.  All Prevailance employees are covered by our comprehensive MetLife group dental insurance paid for by the company.  Our preferred dentist program has low deductibles and a broad selection of participating dentists nation-wide.

Vision Insurance.  Our group vision coverage is provided by VSP, with Prevailance paying all premiums.  VSP provides a vision wellness checkup and glasses or contacts every 12 months with just a $10.00 co-pay.

Life and Disability Insurance.  Life insurance and short/long term disability insurance are provided at no charge to the employee (all premiums paid by Prevailance) by Sun Life.  Life insurance is provided up to $250K, and both disability benefits are available during times of injury or sickness that prevent the employee from returning to work.

401K Services and Company Match.  Employees are encouraged to contribute to their own 401K savings program.  The company will match contributions up to 5% of the employee's salary.

Education Benefits.  Prevailance believes in continuing professional education for all employees.  We will reimburse up to $4,000 per year for educational expenses on approved higher education or training programs.
